Workspace Admins can delete a workspace from Settings. To close a personal Wusool account, or to remove a user permanently, contact support.
Delete a workspace
Admins can permanently delete a workspace from the Danger zone in Settings. Export any data you want to keep first. That action destroys all Dimensions, users, groups, Workbooks, and historical data in the workspace.
Close a personal account or remove a user
Email support@wusool.app from the address on the account. Include the workspace name, and say whether you need to close the account, remove a user, or recover a deleted workspace.
We confirm the request with a workspace Admin before we make permanent changes.
To stop someone’s access without removing them from Wusool, an Admin can deactivate the user from Settings. That frees a seat and keeps their history in the workspace.
