Plans & limits
Wusool follows a simple principle. Govern for free, plan when you’re ready. Everything you need to create and govern master data is free; the paid Planning plan adds the forward-looking tools.
Free
The free plan is designed for a small team to run the full govern-and-collaborate loop. It includes:
- Up to 5 Dimensions
- 1 Workbook, with up to 1,000 rows
- Up to 3 governed columns per workbook
- Up to 3 users (active or pending invitations count toward the limit)
- Combined Dimensions included
- Groups (scope & ownership) and Roles included
- Data Connections included (CSV export available today)
- Version history included
Planning
The Planning plan is coming soon. We will announce pricing shortly. Join early access to be notified.
The Planning plan includes everything in Free, plus the planning suite:
- Scenarios let you build and manage Budget, Forecast, and Actuals.
- Targets & Metrics define what you measure and the numbers you aim for.
- Higher limits on users, Dimensions, and Workbooks.

Reaching a free-plan limit doesn’t break anything. Wusool asks you to remove an item or upgrade before adding more. Your existing data is never affected.
Upgrading
When you’re ready for the Planning suite, use the upgrade prompt inside the app. You’ll find it in the Scenarios or Targets sections, or in the seat nudge when you invite a fourth user. Since billing isn’t live yet, upgrading registers your interest for early access rather than charging a card.
