Settings
Settings control the identity, defaults, and security of your Wusool workspace, and they hold the danger zone for permanently deleting it.
Workspace name and logo
Update the workspace name or upload a new logo from Settings. The name appears in the sidebar, email invitations, and exported reports. The logo displays in the top-left corner of the app. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG (max 2 MB).
Workspace preferences
Set the defaults that govern how data is displayed across the workspace.
| Preference | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Timezone | The reference timezone for timestamps and activity |
| Date format | How dates render throughout the app |
| Currency | The default currency for monetary values |
Security
Authentication
Wusool uses magic-link authentication by default, powered by Supabase Auth. Users receive a one-time login link by email instead of managing a password.
Security activity
The Settings > Security screen gives Admins quick links to audit and account-activity views, shows the workspace MFA status, and lists a short set of monthly security checks. Use it to review recent security-relevant events and confirm new users have completed email verification.
Integrations
The Integrations section lists external services connected to your workspace. Integration support is expanding, so check back here for available connectors and setup instructions.
Danger zone
Deleting a workspace is permanent and cannot be undone. All Dimensions, users, groups, Workbooks, and historical data will be destroyed.
At the bottom of the Settings page you’ll find the option to delete the workspace. Before you proceed, export any data you want to keep. To delete, click Delete Workspace, type the workspace name to confirm, and submit. If you need help recovering from an accidental deletion, contact support immediately.
