Users
Invite the people who use your governed data, give each one a role, and keep the list tidy as your team changes. You do it all from Settings > Users.
Invite a user
New people join by email. There’s no password to set up and no account to pre-create.
- Go to
Settings > Usersand clickInvite. - Enter the person's email address.
- Select a role: Admin, Contributor, or Viewer. If you skip this, the invite defaults to Contributor.
- Click
Send Invite.
Wusool sends a magic-link email. The recipient clicks the link to create their account and join your workspace. No password required.
On the free plan a workspace can have up to 3 users (active or pending combined). To invite more, you’ll need the Planning plan. See Plans & limits.
Edit a user’s role
A user’s role decides what they can see and do. You can change it any time.
- Find the user in the table.
- Click the role badge next to their name.
- Select the new role from the dropdown, then confirm.
The updated permissions take effect immediately. See Roles for a full breakdown of what each role can do.
Deactivate a user
When someone leaves, deactivate them. Their history stays, their access stops.
- Click the three-dot menu on the user's row.
- Select
Deactivate, then confirm.
A deactivated user loses access on their next request. They cannot log in or view any data. Their historical activity (edits, workbook entries, audit logs) stays intact, and you can reactivate them later from the same menu.
Deactivation does not delete the account. To remove a user permanently, contact support.
Pending invitations
Invited users appear in the table with a Pending status until they accept. You can resend or cancel a pending invitation at any time from the same row. Pending invites count toward the free-plan 3-user cap.
