Password reset
Forgot your password? Reset it yourself in under a minute — no need to contact an Admin.
Request a reset link
- From the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and submit.
For security, Wusool always shows the same confirmation message, whether or not that email has an account.
Set a new password
Click the link in the email. If it’s expired or already used, you’ll be prompted to request a new one. Otherwise, set a new password meeting the same requirements as sign-up: at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, and a symbol.
Signed up with Continue with Google? There’s no Wusool password to reset — sign in with Google instead.
If you can’t access your email
An Admin can trigger a password reset for you from your user detail page in Settings > Users. This sends the same reset email to your address and is recorded in the workspace’s security activity log.
